Refund/Compensation

• All purchases of com (SBC Pro) subscriptions, premium features, and services are non-refundable once the payment is processed.
• By subscribing to SBC Pro, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.

We understand that technical issues may occasionally arise. If you experience a disruption in service due to a technical issue on our end, the following Compensation apply:

• Technical Issues: Our technical team will investigate and verify whether the issue originated from our platform.
• Compensation for Downtime: If the issue is confirmed to be caused by SBC Pro, we will extend your subscription period by the same number of days the service was non-functional.
• No Monetary Refunds: Instead of refunds, affected users will receive an equivalent extension of their subscription period.

User Cooperation in Issue Resolution

To ensure a smooth resolution process, users are required to:

• Report issues promptly via our official support channels.
• Provide necessary details such as error messages, screenshots, and other relevant information to help our team diagnose the problem.
• Allow time for resolution, as our technical team will investigate and attempt to fix the issue before determining eligibility for a subscription extension.

Exclusions

This policy does not cover issues caused by:

• User-side network or device problems.
• Third-party software conflicts.
• Unauthorized access or misuse of the account.
• Any factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or force majeure events.
